Artist Statement

My work speaks to questions about the corporeal nature of humans and animals and looks to examine my deep frustration with the limitations of our lives apart from the flow of the natural world.

I work to examine the boundaries between entities in nature, to express a sense of spiritual searching for connectedness between human life and the rest of nature. Using an amalgam of disparate media, I meld materials to create a hybrid world of my dreams and visions apart from the waking world.
